- 3 to 5 years of experience with similar functions;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite including Office 365;
- Excellent knowledge of deployment system such as SCCM.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware;
- Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and manage multiple technologies;
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and demanding environment;
- Ability to work independently and effectively
- Provide technical and operational support for office products and for standard workstation environment;
- Provide support for IT equipment (workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment)
- Provide support for Mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
- Diagnose and resolve problems reported by users and follow up on service calls;
- Work on ticket assigned by the Help Desk and use the ticketing system to document incidents;
- Participate in the troubleshooting session with other member of the IT Support team
- Install and configure the hardware and software according to standards;
- Hardware installation of monitors and docking
