Location: Boston, MA Description: Our client is currently seeking a IT Support Technician.
Job Description:This Technician will be assisting with the following work: Troubleshooting and resolving Laptop and Deskside issues. Will support the Client Investment Trading Floor and senior executive Management team. High visibility position for our support model:- Work closely with Team on support process
- The on-site hours for this support will be from 8am-6pm Monday thru Friday
- Build and understand standard hardware Images
- Troubleshoot laptop & Desktop systems
- Create support documentation on MFS supported hardware and software platform
- Escalate when appropriate to PMO and MFS Client Services Management on-site
- Insure that all appropriate documentation is maintained and updated as necessary and provided to Shared Support Team and Mason Help Desk.
- Work with MFS Senior Exec and Management Team at client site - escalation and ticket triage
- Manage Queue Deskside ticket activity for the Investment work.
