- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mobile application development
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years hands-on) in building Android Frontend applications with Kotlin (must have)
- Excellent understanding on mobile application architectures, designs and Kotlin best practices
- Have knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing
- Experience in writing automated unit tests using frameworks such as Espresso
- Ability to clearly communicate designs, thoughts, and ideas and ability to adjust the communications based on the audience
- Must possess excellent technical and team leadership skills
