Lead QA Engineer - Boston or 100% Remote (EST) - $150- 170k

A growing Series B start-up that builds an IoT product is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join an existing team of 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join and build an existing team while defining policies and making a big impact.

Your background:

Experience with UI testing (ideally Cypress but flexible with framework)
Experience testing REST API's
Knowledge of QA testing, QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience building unit and workflow tests
Track record of identifying risks, issues and potential defects in software stack
Plusses:
- Knowledge of automated build systems (such as TeamCity)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

The work you'll be doing:

50% management/leadership including overseeing 4 QA engineers and hiring additional
50% hands-on work
Providing meaningful feedback to developers on new features and products
Build strong, collaborative relationships with cross functional teams
