Position Details: Client: Banking Job Title: Mainframe Transmission Analyst (Bilingual in Spanish)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible contract to Hire) Location: Dorchester, MA
Skills required:- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in an enterprise environment, understanding of Excel, web applications and databases.
- Experience with any transmission tool (MoveIT, ConnectDirect or similar software)
- Strong administration background in file transmissions area.
- Must be able to assist to troubleshoot all network connectivity to other servers.
- Ability to interface with end users in a professional, courteous and issue resolution manner
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
- Communicate ideas for improving processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Ability to effectively use standard IT support tools to include Remedy call tracking and remote desktop interface.
