Manager, Software Engineering

Reports to: Director of Engineering

Department: Digital Hub - Customer Insights

OVERVIEWThe Manager, Software Engineering works closely with the Customer Insights product development team to lead the development of the Energy Exchange platform. This position reports to the Head of Customer Insights Platforms which is part of the Digital Hub.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsibilities, include, but not limited to: Lead a team of developers to execute on product roadmap business initiatives Participate in Agile planning and grooming, lead daily scrum and retrospectives Design solutions to achieve product requirement goals and socialize with teams Develop technical documentation including services, object and data model Facilitate formal review and approval process for all lifecycle deliverables Oversee delivery process to ensure solutions meets business requirements Effectively manage project scope, risks, change and team capacity to achieve goals Leverage and generate reusable design standards to be utilized throughout platform Develop quality software that adheres to platform design standards Build out unit tests and execute test plans

REQUIREMENTS BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field 5+ years experience full-stack web services development 3+ years experience leading development teams 2+ years experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment 5+ years experience with Microsoft .NET Framework (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core) 5+ years experience with SQL Server (sprocs, views, udfs) and Database Modeling Interested candidates please send resume in Word format to Please reference job code 88657 when responding to this ad.
