- Manage Day to Day operations within the NetSuite implementation
- Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
- Be a key contributor in helping to standardize NetSuite functionalities
- Be a key contributor with the identification of a procurement / Accounts Payable solution across the global implementation
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across the platform and communicate status in a timely manner based on predefined SLAS
- Can create configurations and customizations in NetSuite to meet business needs.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or comparable experience
- Experience managing complex IT projects
- EDI/API experience, including integrating with 3rd party applications
- SuiteScript Experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work & communicate with NetSuite Support to implement new customizations & integrations.
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skill
