Follow established protocols and ensure accuracy in reagent preparation and reaction conditions.Purification: Perform purification of oligonucleotides using techniques such as FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) and HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography). Monitor purification processes to achieve high-quality results.Analysis: Analytical assays will be conducted to verify the quality and identity of synthesized oligonucleotides using LC-MS.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, procedures, and results. Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.Lab Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory equipment. Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with senior chemists and other team members to support ongoing projects. Contribute to problem-solving discussions.
