Product Design Manager to report to the Head of UX and be responsible for the end-to-end user experience spanning all squads within a clan, as well as managing the team of product designers on those squads. Own the end-to-end user experience managing all squads within a clan and collaborate with the clan's Director of Product Management to define the longer-term vision. 2. Hire, support, coach, and critique a team of UX designers within the clan and be a hands-on designer for key products. 3. Work strategic and tactical priorities, turning quick wins into ways to iterate toward the longer-term UX vision in your clan. 4. Layout design reviews to ensure alignment with key stakeholders; legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance; and cohesion to brand and accessibility standards. 5. Become a subject-matter expert for your clan with a full understanding of the jobs to be done. Oversee and participate in user research. Collaborate with product managers and researchers to use qualitative and quantitative tools to apprise your user experience. Required Experience & Skills: 1. Seven-plus years of experience in UX design, interaction design, UI design, service design, and information architecture. Expert in mobile-first responsive web design, iOS Design patterns, atomic design principles, and design systems. 2. Adept in Figma or similar design tools. 3. Seasoned leader with 2+ years of experience managing, hiring, and developing an effective team. 4. A portfolio with examples of exceptional design work in SaaS platforms or consumer mobile apps and services. Perks: 1. Salary range: $200,000 to $220,000 2.
