Summary: As part of Meta’s Infrastructure organization, the Product Lifecycle Management Analyst will lead collaboration with upstream and downstream Supply Chain partners to independently drive PLM rack configuration processes spanning New Product Introduction to Mass Production for our global data center fleet.This position will work closely with external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders to enable seamless, rapid, globally scalable implementation of world-class material, product data and documentation to enable Meta’s ambitious growth targets.Required Skills: Product Lifecycle Management Analyst Responsibilities:Drive the Infra PLM Team’s successful execution of operational activities to support New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as Mass Production (MP) programs to include high quality on-time delivery of BOM structuring, BOM release and changes, ECOs and MCOs while upholding the highest quality and process standards.

Act as primary interface with key external suppliers and Meta internal stakeholders (including Sourcing, Procurement, Manufacturing & Product Quality Engineering, Technical Program Management, and Logistics) to accurately and expeditiously process changes.

Proactively identify system-wide process improvement opportunities and lead coordination amongst cross-functional teams to drive their accurate implementation with short timelines and minimal guidance.

Lead the training of external suppliers and internal employees on PLM tools and systems and monitor adherence through audits.

Proactively champion the mitigation of PLM risk including identifying and eliminating single points of failure.

Act as a leading change agent to drive adoption of PLM process changes, automations and transformation projects.

Represent PLM with stakeholders in business-critical cross functional projects and help PLM team identify, understand and adapt to changing priorities in order to support Organizational program goals and timelines.

Collaborate with Meta’s executional PLM Support team on day-to-day activities such as Part Number creation and updating, importing and loading master parts catalogs to ensure complete and timely releases.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement within complex, cross functional systems and successfully leading solution development and implementation.

Fluency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

Proven expertise in leading superlative collaboration between cross-functional teams across organizational structures.

Fluent technical knowledge of product structure and processes including Bill of Material buildout, change control and PLM standards.

10+ years relevant Supply Chain experience including experience with PLM tools and processes, configuration management and document control.

Proven communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of leading the delivery of timely impact across multiple high priority projects in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Proven attention to detail coupled with the experience operating flexibly and be a change agent within a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Educational background in supply chain, engineering, scientific or similar technical field.

Experience with Oracle Agile or Fusion PD/PDH/IM PLM tools.

Product knowledge of datacenter compute, storage and networking equipment or consumer electrical products.

Experience working with global ODMs.
