Job Title: Program Manager with Facets knowledge

Location: Boston, MA (With Flexibility to Work remote)

Type of Employment: Fulltime

Job Description:

Responsibilities:• Delivers the program direction and vision as described by the business unit and customer• Manages both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects• Directs the Management of the production plans for the delivery of the project/multiple projects in partnership with customer and business area to ensure acceptance, closedown, and handover to service• Has overall control of the program implementation, with personal responsibility for the program's achievement (when a Program Director is not engaged) Responsible for establishing the program, securing sufficient resources, and monitoring progress• Manages business and program risks and ensures that there is an effective plan put in place. Escalate to right stakeholders as needed at the right time.• Ensures status reports are sent on time as per commitments• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement ideas and improve operational efficiencies• To work closely with UST management and always maintain the status quo.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or any other Bachelor’s degree with solid work experience• Looking for 12-16 years of overall IT experience with excellent knowledge in overall Facets system• Large scale program implementation experience in global delivery model• Experience working with multi-vendor enterprise teams.• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, Agile software development life cycle and problem solving.• Excellent problem solving, business communication (written & oral), and client management skills are essential• Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams• Managed any Facets migration programs will be a huge Plus
