  • Conflict resolution, Stakeholder management, SDLC knowledge, User Story development, Basic understanding of DevOps
Responsibilities: Ability to work cross-functionally Ability in working with both onsite and offshore teams Conduct sprint meetings - Standup, backlog grooming, sprint demo, retrospective Discuss the requirements with IT and Business teams and create user stories Maintain project documentation in Confluence Create weekly, monthly status reports and other reports with relevant metrics. Single point of contact for all onsite - offshore communications Review the sprint deliverables and approve the deployment items Oversee onboarding and off boarding requests Facilitate meetings with various client teams, including API backend teams, infrastructure teams and business teams Review the assets and copy text documents received each month for the monthly site updates and create Jira stories Basic understanding of the APIs Understanding the components and templates in AEM Manage production issues as per the agreed upon SLAs Facilitate the deployments for both content updates and code changes
