- Manage the outsourcing of the enrollment function (CONFIDENTIAL)
- Needs to have strong enrollment background
- Business Operations Finance (Billing, G/L, payments)
- Business Operation Change Management (communication training, SOP)
- Technology Data Management (ingestion of Facets ODS into their data management platform)
- Technology Tech strategy and Design
- Technology Integration
- 3-7+ years of experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable there is new leadership that came in so need people who can handle changing priorities
- Really need leaders - this is not a check the box type of PM role
- CCA doesn't have a strong testing group in IT - PM's have to spearhead that
- Hybrid methodology - more waterfall but IT tries to be more agile
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, (they also use Jira but not a must)
- Working on a business process as a service implementation so the vendor is implementing Facets and its associated products (CES, etc). Need a team who is familiar enough with Facets and associate business processes (claims processing, enrollment, encounters, billing, general ledger, payments, reporting) to manage the surrounding work that CCA needs to complete but do not need expertise in a specific version.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Support Program Managers and Senior Project Manages in the development of proposed project business cases, scope, estimates, delivery schedules and interdependencies mapping.
- Drive delivery related to all aspects of assigned projects to business implementation.
- Ability to support the facilitation of project meetings, including but not limited to assigned projects.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, identify and communicate issues, risks, and status to drive decisions and management stakeholder expectations.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, build and management appropriate project plans including interdependency management.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, identify, measure, monitor and control cross program interdependencies with other programs and business areas.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, forecast and manage resource demand and constraints across project deliverables.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, negotiate conflict resolution and build awareness of organizational dynamics.
- Support the forecast and management of all financial aspects of assigned projects.
- Support the management of appropriate vendor support for assigned projects.
- With reliance on the Enterprise Delivery Leader or Program Manager, adapt plans and priorities to address changes, risks and resource management.
- 3-5 years of project experience demonstrating growth in managing increasingly complex and cross.
- 3-5 years Medicaid/MMIS/healthcare claims experience.
- Prior claims implementation and/or transformation experience preferred.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; specifically program/project management software (MS Project etc.).
- Demonstrated growth as a Project Manager leading and supporting projects including business and technology concepts.
- Demonstrate understanding of project management techniques and methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead self through change.
- Ability to support the development of effective presentations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Some experience working in a managed care organization preferred.
