- Work directly with the implementation partner on the migration from the current CRM to Salesforce, including supporting requirements gathering, system testing, end-user training, and go-live support
- Clarify stakeholder requirements, business rules, success criteria, and lead User Acceptance Testing
- Manage platform including support requests, license allocation, reconciliation, roles and permissions, etc.
- Serve as a critical component for stakeholder engagement and user adoption across the firm
- 3+ years of Salesforce Experience as an Administrator and/or Business Analyst
- Experience working with financial services clients
- Salesforce Certified (+)
- Knowledge of best practices
