The FAS is a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team that includes regional sales representatives, marketing and service professionals, product development scientists, and engineers. The FAS frequently partners with sales reps in the field to deliver pre and post sales-related customer support, provides training, and solves customer concerns efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted authority to our customers, thereby growing customer happiness and dedication, as well as contributing to the overall success of the IC and IC-MS business. This position will focus on serving our Pharma / Biopharma / QAQC customers on the East Coast.A Day in the Life:Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support for IC/SP/DIA products

Work collaboratively to develop and update applications and educational content for customer training in the form of videos, seminars, training manuals etc.

Works with sales representatives on sales calls to customer laboratories to provide technical and applications assistance in response to customer inquiries.

Assists the regional sales team in the development of accounts by giving technical seminars and presentations that promote the use of our products.

Build trust with our customers and excels in customer service

Keys to Success:EducationBachelor’s degree or Higher in Chemistry or Biological Field.

Experience3+ years of lab experience with IC or other Chromatographic Instrumentation is required

5+ years of lab experience with MS degree is preferred.

Experience in Biological/Pharmaceutical Mass Spectrometry is highly desirable!

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesThis position requires extensive contact with customers and therefore outstanding written and oral communication skills are required.

The ability to work independently with little supervision and a strong work ethic is critical.

Ability to travel up to 70% within North America, and occasionally internationally will be required.

Drivers license is required.
