As an Agile Coach, you will:
Assess and enhance organizations agility and maturity Provide coaching, guidance and deliver complex intervention Enable Teams performance and continuous improvement, supporting the realization of their mission and delivery of their KPIs Lead and manage a team of high performing Scrum Masters embedded in the org Acting as line manager for a team of 1-4 Scrum Masters distributed in squads across the organization Support leadership in managing and coordinating the Quarterly and Annual Business Review cycles Act as liaison between the Agile Center of Excellence and the Team Enable the Organization's new ways of working Experience & Qualifications 12+ years of total related experience including 7+ years of experience in an Agile coaching/mentoring role, with 2-3 years as a Product Owner or Scrum Master and 2-3 years as a Junior Agile Coach or Agile Coach in another organization OR 10+ years' experience leading or heavily involved in Agile Transformation Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner) or PMI (PMI ACP) Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience leading teams and enabling change Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects Experience working in collaboration with technical and functional areas Deep understanding of agile ways of working, principles and culture Deep understanding of agile software delivery, the path to production and other operational aspects - including extensive experience with JIRA / Confluence Ability to facilitate the creation of joint IT/Business roadmaps and rolling wave planning against milestones Practical knowledge of various coaching tools in team management Experience in consulting or with other professional services organization is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.modis.com/en-candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records Vacancy expired!
