Senior Angular/Typescript Software Engineer

Location: Remote/Boston, MA

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Responsibilities:

The role will report to our Head of Technology and be responsible for building new client applications, defining unit tests & testing automation, creating technical documentation, and working with a team of front and backend developers to maintain and advance the core platform.

Required experience & skills:

7-10 years of software development experience with proficiency in Typescript

Complete understanding and knowledge of Angular framework (Including V11)

Experience with the NgRx and RxJS software design patterns

Experience with HTML and SCSS/CSS

Understanding of canvas-based HTML5 development

Experience and knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL

Understanding of Docker & Docker Compose

Experience with nom package manager

Understanding of Webpack

Familiarity with the Agile development process

Understanding of GIT code management

Understanding of REST interfaces and services

Excellent communication skills

Bonus "nice-to-have" experience & skills:

Enjoys fast-paced start-up environment

Experience with online game development

Amazon AWS services such as S3, Cloudfront, Fargate, Code Pipeline, Route53, CloudWatch, EC
