If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Strategic Insights and Projects to join our Growth & Strategy organization.Responsibilities:Support key strategic projects to drive the US Chief Strategy Officer agenda; KPMG's Market Intelligence (MI) Group provides data driven, actionable insights that drive leadership decisions and strategy at the firm, function, sector and account levels; the team systematically mines a global network of internal and external sources to identify signals, patterns, threats and opportunities for KPMG to prioritize operational and strategic decisions with the aim to 'future-proof' KPMG's position as a market leader; the MI team reports to the US Chief Strategy Officer and Global Strategic Relations & Investments leadership

Perform deep-dive analyses across the competitive landscape in the context of KPMG's strategy, market position and investment roadmap to reveal emerging opportunities and threats; these projects include market expansion/entry/exit, competitive deep dives, trend exploration (e.g., emerging technology, talent insights), as well as other high-priority initiatives under the US Chief Strategy Officer agenda

Support the development of a quarterly trend report to inform key senior leadership constituencies (US Management Committee, Global Management Team, etc.) of the most consequential strategic insights; this high-impact deliverable will translate relevant emerging trend inputs from across the team (and firm at large) into contextualized data-driven insight

Contribute domain expertise for strategic sectors such as healthcare, fintech, insurance and strategic topics such as IoT, Blockchain, AI, ESG

Report to the Director of Strategic Projects with support from onshore resources as well as an extended team of offshore colleagues

Qualifications:Minimum three years of current and/or recent management consulting/strategy experience or experience in corporate innovation, new product/service development, or market research

Bachelor's degree in a business and/or quantitative related field from an accredited college or university

Strong project management, research, communication, and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to work with and lead discussions with cross-functional stakeholders

Proven ability to leverage data analysis techniques and tools to discern market patterns and generate actionable insights; broad strategic thinker with an interest and ability to work with a dynamic team across a wide range of technology, policy, social and economic issues

Strong ability to manage competing priorities; self-starter with initiative, comfort with ambiguity and interest in being part of a fast paced, high impact team

Client service experience strongly preferred and a willingness and ability to travel 10%
