Senior Data Science Manager

A Leading Tech Company in the Boston area is looking for experienced Data Science Leaders to join one of their growing pods. On this team, you will ensure that decision making is based on increasing profit for the company. You will work across company systems such as sorting, pricing, and marketing. You will lead a team of Machine Learning Scientists with a hands on approach, and you will interface regularly with internal stakeholders all the way to the top.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience leading a team
  • 6+ years of experience building scalable ML solutions
  • PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer, Statistics, Math, or a quantitative field
  • Experience Developing and maintaining pipelines
  • Ability to present to senior leadership

Here, you will:

  • Lead your team in building ML enablement infrastructure that ensures high velocity model delivery
  • Define a vision for this nearly formed team and guide them to success
  • Work with senior leadership to influence business strategy
