DescriptionRobert Half Management Resources in Boston is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our loan-staff team as a permanent, full-time consultant! The Sr Financial Analyst will also conduct the development of forecast processes to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness, build long-range operating plans to support business initiatives, and drive world class strategic and financial planning methods. In this Senior Financial Analyst opportunity, you will contribute variance analysis of bookings, revenues and expenses, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances and adjusting the outlook models to reflect operational adjustments. The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge of annual planning, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks, which will be imperative to the coordination of various planning cycles. In this role, you will also provide strategic analyses and recommendations.This position offers you great long-term potential and a strong compensation and benefits package. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required; MBA preferred

At least 3 years of previous experience with advanced financial analysis, planning and budget controls

Excellent problem-solving skills

A thorough understanding of office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Strong command of budget forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting

Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence key decision makers
