- Perform process characterization of cell culture processes for viral vector production.
- Design and utilize studies towards the discovery and establishment of robust operating ranges for upstream unit operations.
- Risk Assessments
- Conduct experiments to the characterization, scale up and scale down for cell culture process.
- Write technical reports and regulatory filings as well as SOP's
- Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing teams.
- Degree in Process Engineering or related scientific field
- Industry experience with late-stage development of viral vectors, biologics or vaccines is preferred.
- Proven experience with process scale up and scale down concepts
- Hands on experience with bioreactors such as bench and pilot scale
- Knowledge of GMP principles
