- Design and build cloud-native applications and REST APIs
- Write code that goes directly out to thousands of customers
- Act as a key engineer and have a lot of say in the direction of the product
- Take features from inception to new machine learning powered features
- Work on the latest technologies and identify opportunities to adopt new tools
- Tackle tough engineering problems using Python
- Work with data science and frontend team on features that impact backend services and frameworks
- Use data to drive testing
- 3+ years of software engineering experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Experience developing systems at scale using Python
- Familiarity with libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, Jupyter Notebook, PyTorch
- Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred)
- Experience designing and developing REST API's
- Working knowledge with React
- Experience with Relational Databases
- Strong passion for modern tech and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
