We're looking for a talented Support Analyst to join our leading fintech client.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Support Analyst: - Support the goal of stability in technology and services
- Drive ITSM future state practices with a focus on major incident management
- Support incident and change ITSM practices with global team
- Proactively audit environments, looking for potential issues
- Ensure the effective and timely resolution of major and moderate incidents across the enterprise
Requirements of the Support Analyst: - 8+ years of related experience in financial services
- Demonstrated understanding of investment instruments and financial markets
- Extensive experience developing SQL queries, Postman collection to research data, and API request/response
- Experience researching and triaging Java API code, Spring Batch, SQL, Control-M applications in AWS environment
- Good understanding of AWS components and experience supporting/triaging applications on AWS
- Strong experience with s/w patches, upgrades, rehydration, code deployments
