On-line:Proactively searching appropriate job boards for suitable candidate
Uploading professional adverts on relevant job boards and screening response
Maximizing LinkedIn as a social networking tool
Database:Utilizing, developing and searching the internal applicant tracking system to target suitable candidates
Searching external job boards for resumes and suitable profiles
Referrals:Proactively generating referrals from relevant account managed businesses
PRC ScreeningReview and selection of resumes from external sources to next stage of the selection process
Initial rejection of resumes on competency basis
Conduct competency based interviews including all associated feedback
Promote suitable PRCs to the Directorate
Follow up and assist, when necessary, the recruitment process with the candidate
