Sourcing recruitment consultants through the following means:

On-line:Proactively searching appropriate job boards for suitable candidate

Uploading professional adverts on relevant job boards and screening response

Maximizing LinkedIn as a social networking tool

Database:Utilizing, developing and searching the internal applicant tracking system to target suitable candidates

Searching external job boards for resumes and suitable profiles

Referrals:Proactively generating referrals from relevant account managed businesses

PRC ScreeningReview and selection of resumes from external sources to next stage of the selection process

Initial rejection of resumes on competency basis

Conduct competency based interviews including all associated feedback

Promote suitable PRCs to the Directorate

Follow up and assist, when necessary, the recruitment process with the candidate

Internal RelationshipsDevelop effective working relationships with contemporaries and clients

Responsible for overall growth of Boston and Stamford offices

MarketingCompetitor analysis

Involvement in marketing campaigns to support future growth - both online and off line

Administrative DutiesMaintain a recruitment consultant database on ATS through correctly entering data and keeping records tracked and up to date

Ensure adverts on website and job boards are regularly updated

Quarterly report and SWOT analysis to MDs

Daily and weekly update of KPIs in spreadsheet
