Technical Splunk Project Manager Miami, FL; Boston, MA; Holmdel, NJ (Hybrid-Onsite) Interview Process: 3 rounds J:D: Must Have Skills: 15+ years professional experience in top 10 USA banks or other financial institution 15+ years project management experience leading complex projects, valued at $1M or greater 15+ years of experience doing migrations around big SIEM's, specifically within Splunk Bilingual in Spanish and English, major plus Knowledge in SIEM discipline and techniques Technical Buildout for Splunk Platforms Knowledge of Simulation Lab, Automated Test Dev, SOC Automation Program Managed large scale migration of Splunk Platforms Proven ability to manage technical projects in a way that reduces risk, ensures predictable results, meets or exceeds its timeline Experience in leading several complex system projects Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels Responsibilities: Manages the technical build out end-to-end on time, on budget, and with quality as per scope Responsible for developing the project's timeline, keeping track of programs and projects Development deliverables, interdependencies with other systems and operating areas Responsible for providing status and raising issues to Senior Management, Technology Management, and Technology Release Management as appropriate Interdependency Tracking-Responsible for ensuring early engagement of cross impacted teams such as Architecture, Information Risk, Tech Infrastructure etc Supporting the development and approval of the project technical architecture Coordinating and leading "virtual team" resources located in multiple global locations Other responsibilities include managing the change control process, overseeing the project's financial approval process, managing project issues/risks, developing contingency plans, and other activities in support of the team's overall success. Experience: migrations around big SIEM's, specifically within Splunk: 10 years (Required) SIEM discipline and techniques: 10 years (Required) Technical Buildout for Splunk Platforms: 10 years (Required) Simulation Lab, Automated Test Dev, SOC Automation: 5 years (Required) Language: Spanish (Required)
