IT Support Technician
Years of Experience- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Assist with new laptop roll out (few hundred in each location) Lenovo Gen 6 laptops from older version. Follow documentation/runbook for deployment 1,300 laptops to deploy total
- Work with each individual end user to get them set up on new device must have good end user support skills
- Transfer docs/data to new laptop from the old device
- Windows10 experience
- Upgrade processes
- MS Office
- Basic Meraki knowledge
- Basic networking
- Follow imaging process and configuration of PCs
- Work with ticketing systems to help out with low level ad-hoc requests
- Box up old gear for device removal
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner, jump right in
- Experience supporting law firms in the past a plus
