Job Description:ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Windows 10 troubleshooting• Windows 10 upgrade• OS Install/reimage via multiple tools• Network Printer Troubleshooting• Application deployment using SCCM• Hardware troubleshooting(Laptop and Workstation) • Configuring WIFI in the customer network for user machine• Installing software/Application over the network• VIP support• Good customer handling skill.• Working on ticketing tool (ServiceNow) • Remote troubleshooting tool (Beyondtrust – Bomgar)• Active Directory such as Account Lockout troubleshooting, Local Admin access, adding machine to Domain • Troubleshoot the machine that is out of domain , adding back to domain.If your skills match these requirements, please send your resume to for immediate consideration.
