Assistant Manager is sought for an Italian restaurant
In this leadership role we are looking for an individual who understands restaurant operations, but just as importantly guest service and what it means to truly lead their team by example because while the FOH team is made up of great people, they need leadership to help them and who will roll up his/her sleeves and get in the trenches with them and truly support them with along with the General Manager. Someone who will show them how to give great service - this isn't an 'Office' position. The chosen candidate should love being out on the floor with his/her team, getting to know all the guests and really enjoy interacting with them to make sure their visit is amazing while making sure that the FOH is operationally solid.
