We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Gong cha store at South Shore Plaza (Braintree, MA) and future stores. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring seamless operations, top-tier customer service, and the fun, energetic vibe our customers love.
What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations - Supervise and coordinate shift activities to ensure seamless workflows and adherence to company standards and policies.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Handle customer concerns adeptly and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Train & Develop Team Members - Mentor staff in food preparation, customer service best practices, and safety protocols to build a capable, confident team.
Maintain Food Safety & Cleanliness - Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards in all operational areas.
Assist with Inventory & Supply Management - Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering and receiving supplies, and ensure stock is appropriately maintained.
Support Sales & Strategy Execution - Collaborate with management/ownership to implement sales initiatives that drive revenue growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in bubble tea or similar food & beverage environments.
Strong leadership qualities, coupled with effective communication and time-management skills.
A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and team success.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must have a driver's license and the ability to manage multiple stores
