We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals and ensure the efficient delivery of patient care. Responsibilities: - Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures - Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures - Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers - Record patient information in electronic health records - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records Experience: - Experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics and medical-surgical settings - Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and equipment - Familiarity with inhale treatments and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) protocols - Exposure to internal medicine practices and hospital medicine procedures - Ability to provide medical administrative support efficiently Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a difference in patients' lives. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
