As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Professional Door and Window Installer to join our team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced installer who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and can deliver precise, clean, and professional installations. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well with both clients and coworkers, and values quality and efficiency equally.

This role involves residential and light commercial projects, including interior and exterior doors, patio sliders, custom window replacements, and more.

Responsibilities

- Install doors and windows with accuracy, precision, and craftsmanship.

- Measure, prepare, and adjust openings to ensure perfect fit and finish.

- Remove existing units safely and cleanly.

- Apply sealants, insulation, and flashing per manufacturer and building code requirements.

- Maintain a clean and organized job site.

- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.

- Manage materials, tools, and supplies efficiently.

- Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in door and/or window installation.

- Strong carpentry, measuring, and finishing skills.

- Ability to read and interpret installation specs and drawings.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

- Ability to work safely on ladders/scaffolding.

- Knowledge of major brands (e.g., Marvin, Andersen, Therma-Tru, etc.) a plus.

- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide creative, effective solutions.

- Strong work ethic
