Maintenance include painting, landscaping, cleaning if needed, Home Depot runs such as ordering toilets, tools, etc. Knowing plumbing and light electrical work(replace lights, bulbs, outlet) is a plus.
No entry level, reliable, good working ethic is must, working hour/time is flexible.
