Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Daily Maintenance of Interior & Exterior of Buildings
Troubleshooting & Repairs to Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical Issues
Installation of Cabinets, Flooring, Doors, etc.
Apartment Turnovers & Routine Maintenance
Rotating Emergency After-Hours Maintenance Calls as Required
Other Duties as Assigned

Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance is required.
Cell Phone Required.
This position requires you to be on the on-call rotation for emergencies after hours, evenings, and weekends.
Must have own tools, dependable vehicle, and a valid active driver's license and social security card.
40 hours per week
2 weeks vacation
5 PTO days
