. Land matters of easements, zoning, and breach of contract

. Constitutional Claims of Violations of Due Process of Law

. Patent filing

. Patent infringement litigation

. Medical Collections including

health insurance denial of medical claims

bad faith denial of health insurance claims

ERISA violations by health insurance companies

Patients keeping checks that BCBS sends to the patient instead of to the medical practice.
