Immigration Lawyer. Tadmor & Tadmor, LLP seeks an attorney for its Worcester, MA office to assist partners with all immigration matters. We have a broad local and national immigration practice focusing on both family and employment-based immigration. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills.
Job Duties:
Assess eligibility of clients for non-immigrant and immigrant status.
Assist in the preparation of family and employment-based immigration petitions for submission to USCIS, DOL, EOIR.
Communicate with clients, track deadlines.
Recordkeeping and document preparation.
Assist in responding to requests for evidence issued by USCIS.
Discuss and provide updates to both individual and corporate clients.
