Small ANDOVER General practice law office seeks experienced legal secretary/paralegal for FT/PT position to assist and provide a range of legal support for solo practitioner.
Duties include: preparing real estate documents, deeds, mortgages, title insurance. Preparing estate planning documents. Organizing files, managing correspondence, client contacts. Basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications: excellent typing skills; e-closing experience; familiarity with title insurance forms; internet search capabilities;IOLTA reconciliation. Good client relations skills- pleasant, patient, courteous with clients and all contacts. Detail oriented.
