We are looking for an experienced (10+ years or more) litigator with excellent brief writing, researching and, if possible, trial skills, to work on some very interesting international cases underway in federal district and Circuit courts. The ultimate role will depend on the person's skillset, but top writing and research skills are essential. If you have also worked on trials, preferably in federal courts, that helps.
Experience with patent and IP law also a plus as there is other work involving this expertise.
You should also be willing to accept some contingency compensation, which can be substantial. These are big ticket cases.
