Consumer Protection Firm which practices nationally and has a large amount of clients is looking for an attorney(s) who is looking for more cases to supplement or grow their practice. Familiarity with M.G.L. 93A is preferred, as well as some litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Applicant must be well-spoken, professional, patient with clients, must work quickly, and be proficient in legal research and writing. This could grow to a more formal Of Counsel position.
