We are an Andover, MA based construction firm that does a lot of insurance related property repairs. On larger jobs we have problems getting paid. Property owners with mortgages have bank paperwork that needs to be signed uploaded to banks satisfaction. Sounds simple enough but we have at least 2 jobs that are at a stand still for months because bank won't release payments. We have limited time available to deal with this so it just sits. Need a person dedicated to hounding the banks to get payment released.
We have other similar tasks that need to get done too and would like to find someone that could take on this work on a regular ongoing basis.
