Customer Service Specialist- Tufts Medical

Responsibilities

Answer requests and questions from customers over the phone, and email.

Assist with data entry.

Manage customers and prioritize urgent needs.

Assist with calendar management.

Document customer’s activity accurately in the system.

Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent.

1+ years of experience with customer service/sales.

Strong writing and spoken skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.

No office experience required.

Background in food service and retail welcome.

Compensation: $15 per hour
