Full-Time or Part-Time
Busy construction company looking to hire customer service representatives to start immediately. Full-time and part-time positions Monday through Saturday and on-call nights & weekends (rotation basis); hours vary between 5:30am and 8:30pm, (hours to be discussed/negotiated at interview).
Must be willing to do on-call rotation for overnights & weekends (Can be done from home).
Responsibilities:
Answer in-bound calls
Set and assign appointments
Handle customer inquiries and direct calls
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Good verbal skills
Geographically educated
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
