Customer Service Representative (Waltham)

Essential Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients and associates regarding questions, orders and/or forwarding calls to the appropriate department.

Input and print new orders, make changes that may include cancelations, additions, subtractions, transfers and stop rentals.

Enter orders into our operating software – Alert IMS.

Communicate any essential or vital information to our technical, sales, purchasing and delivery/shipping teams via appropriate communication protocols; including face-to-face discussions, inter-office phone calls, email or video conferencing.

Follow-up with clients to provide information or solicit needed documents, order confirmations, quotes or other essential information.

Facilitate inter-office transfer of equipment.

Assist inventory and accounting associates in making sure inventory transactions are being recorded accurately.

Perform all reasonably assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities:

Customer Service experience

Experience with and/or enthusiasm to learn about environmental technology and applications
