Roles and Responsibilities

Provide project management support for key Medical Affairs activities

Responsible for executing contracts and purchase orders for all Medical Affairs projects following established process and procedures

Requesting and tracking of Medical Affairs contracts, invoices, and payments and ensure timely processing.

Plan and manage Medical Affairs internal team and departmental meetings. Responsible for meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, documentation of meeting outcomes, and creation, communication, and follow up of action plans.

Provide congress support by submitting congress related materials through review and approval

Able to effectively network and partner with internal and external stakeholders and embrace cross-functional working

Strong operational capabilities, eye for detail and commitment to advance and adhere to processes

Excellent communication skills: verbal and written

Able to thrive as part of a team and when working independently

Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Meeting coordination and meeting management

Budgeting experience preferred but not required

Project Management experience to include coordinating sponsorship meetings, ensuring event materials are created and distributed appropriately, coordinating sponsor relationships

Experience with Veeva preferred or similar system

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of project management experience

Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or science, or related field

Proven understanding with Microsoft office suite of tools

Prior experience within the BioTech/BioPharma industry

Familiarity with Medical Affairs function preferred but not required

Prior experience with sponsorship's and congresses preferred but not required
