Our client is a healthcare firm located in the Greater Boston area. They are known for their vibrant company culture and their desire to promote from within. Currently, they are looking to add a new Member Services Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $14 - $16 per hour
Position Overview: The Member Services Coordinator will primarily assist with scheduling appointments, handling triage phone calls, and documenting all member interactions.
Responsibilities of the Member Services Coordinator:
-Respond and effectively triage member phone calls
-Work with Care Management team to address the needs of members
-Provide timely and accurate information regarding member benefits and services
-Document all member and prospective member interactions
-Schedule member appointments, transportation, translation and interpretation services
Qualifications of the Member Services Coordinator:
-1-3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred
Education Requirements:
-Associates Degree preferred
