Job Description
Our busy office is in need of a detailed-oriented Full-Time Office Assistant
Atlantic Awning is looking for a punctual, motivated individual who can work independently.
Responsibilities include:
· Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
· Maintain office calendar and appointments
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and emails
· Perform general clerical duties, bookkeeping, copying, scanning, mailing, data entry, and filing
· Oversee office inventory and supplies
The ideal candidate:
· Experience in a similar relevant role desired but not essential (some training will be given)
· Multi-tasking and time-management skills
· Computer knowledge with QuickBooks, Word, and Excel
· Exceptional written, oral communication and typing skills
· Vigilant attention to detail
As an Office Assistant, your job may require you to help others complete their duties in our small office environment.
