Our client, a healthcare technology company is seeking an Office Manager to join their team! this role is temporary for approximately one year, fully onsite in North Andover, full time hours Monday through Friday, and paying up to $28/hour. Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESOversees day-to-day office administration including (but not limited to):Greeting visitors, general front desk management, and managing office protocolsManages / stocks office and cafeteria supplies. Works with Purchasing for sourcing of office supplies and servicesPrepares items for shipment. Maintains / files all shipping and receiving documentsReceives all incoming packages and shipments. Communicates arrival of all incoming packages to the appropriate employee, lab, storage room, etc.Manages the office purchasing card, including submission of expense reports for repaymentProvides administrative assistance to the North Andover R&D site:Maintains calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule meetings for the R&D and Operations executive teamCoordinates offsite and onsite meetings, including scheduling interviews, luncheons / dinnersPrepares presentations and agendas for meetings, take meeting minutesGenerates and distributes important (and at times confidential) documents, such as memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, general correspondenceProvides clerical duties such as filing and copyingTechnical and soft skills required for this position:o Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)o Ability to multitask and prioritize with excellent attention to detailo Strong adaptability, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulnesso Ability to exercise independent judgment and decisions.o Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityREQUIREMENTS:3+ year's professional experience in an administrative assistant role.High school degree is requiredProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to multitask and prioritize with excellent attention to detailStrong adaptability, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulnessAbility to exercise independent judgment and decisions.Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
