Office Manager/Bookkeeper position available for immediate start. We are a family owned Automotive business seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00- 6:00. Great competitive pay, paid vacation and sick time, inquire within.
Key responsibilities would include:
-Scheduling of service appointments.
-Payroll and bills.
-Mailing
-Ordering of office supplies.
-Bills and accounts receivable and payable to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on a timely manner.
-Manage budgeting reports on a timely manner.
-Provide support to customers and assist in the on boarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
-Must have office management / Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeping experience.
-Must know Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
-Must be able to multi task, manage time and be organized in a fast paced environment.
