Office employee needed to process and manage online orders from Ebay, Amazon, and our business website. Hours are Monday through Friday 10-5, slightly flexible.

We are a small business with a manufacturing machine shop that makes our own products and retails them online. We have no walk in service to customers, we are entirely online. We process on average 50 orders a day and manage shipments to Amazon FBA. Order counts go higher nearing the Christmas season.

Responsibilities include

Order processing, packaging product for USPS/UPS pickups that occur each day at 4:30

Answering customers messages/emails

Occasional phone answering (you would be the backup phone answerer, although we only get a handful of phone calls a day anyway)

Manage online product listings, keeping up with stock quantities and product description updates.

Qualifications

-Organizational and time management skills

-Ability to solve problems independently or with minimul oversight

-Tech savvy: Ability to easily learn online ecommerce platforms such as Ebay. Prior knowledge of Ebay/Amazon selling is a plus.

-Dependable and always on time

-Ability to pass a CORI backround check

As of now there are only 3 of us that work together, owner, one machinist and the office person that processes orders. We are looking to replace the office person becuase she is leaving for school. The new replacement will have their own desk adjacent to our machine shop, our building/office space is small.

The position is very easy and we are a low stress easy company to work for.
