B DESCRIPTION: PROJECT/OFFICE MANAGER
PREMIERE PROS, an award-winning home improvement company located on the South Shore of Massachusetts, is seeking a high energy, responsible and extremely well organized Project/Office Manager to join our team! This Individual must be self-motivated, highly flexible and capable to see all projects through to completion. As POM for Premiere Pros, you will be an integral member of our team, leading and supporting team members on all phases of assigned projects. We will train you on our systems and company culture, and will expect you to quickly learn to work independently. This is a growth opportunity for a motivated, goal-oriented individual.
ï§ Plan, coordinate, and document all projects
ï§ Identify and manage details and follow-through on multiple projects at the same time, from start to finish
ï§ Serve as customer liaison with an emphasis on 100 percent customer satisfaction
ï§ Maintain project database, schedules and details as required
ï§ Manage financial tasks, including record keeping, invoicing, purchase orders and bank deposits
ï§ Provide administrative support, including answering telephones, filing, ordering and storing office supplies, and other tasks as required.
ï§ Schedule work and delivery of materials to the job site
SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
ï§ Exceptional organization skills
ï§ Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with customers, management, subcontractors and vendors
ï§ Ability to multi-task, with ability to recognize when to focus
ï§ Time management skills, for self and others on project teams
ï§ Highly flexible
ï§ Candidate must able to work in a high energy home office and have the ability to work independently
ï§ 3+ years of professional experience with a background in construction and/or office management
ï§ MS Office proficient
ï§ Experience with scheduling and project management
ï§ Honesty, reliability and discretion - absolutely required
