Real Estate Management Company has opening for a full-time maintenance technician position in Billerica, MA
Full-time benefits offered
Shift: 40 hours/week - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and "on call" as needed.
Requirements:
- must live within a 20 minute commute of Billerica area
- must have valid driver's license.
- must be willing to travel locally and be "On Call" as required
- must be proficient in speaking and reading English
- must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- must have a minimum of 3 or more years prior experience in the areas of general repairs and HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work in residential facilities.
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining condominium grounds by performing all maintenance duties as assigned.
